Investment VII allows investors to fund a UK focused regional property development business. They primarily oversee the construction, refurbishment and monetisation of an extensive and diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed use freehold property assets in the Midlands and the North.

Profits are generated through four project types – develop out, planning gain, refurbishment and strategic purchase. The investment provider is proud of its track record in never having failed to secure planning permission for a site. This is the result of management expertise, the level of due diligence undertaken on every opportunity, and the relationships built with the planning departments before deciding to invest.
